Plouton AI founders named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026
Habib University graduates Muhammad Furqan Karim Kidwai and Sarfraz Shahid Hussain are among seven Pakistanis on this year's list.

Forbes has named Muhammad Furqan Karim Kidwai and Sarfraz Shahid Hussain, cofounders of the Singapore startup Plouton AI, to its 30 Under 30 Asia list for 2026 in the finance and venture capital category. They are two of seven Pakistanis on the eleventh edition of the list, Dawn, Business Recorder, Geo and Arab News reported on 30 and 31 May 2026.
Forbes describes Plouton AI as an agentic automation platform backed by Antler Singapore that helps mid market companies automate finance work. Its auditable, browser based agents carry out invoicing, payroll processing and month end reconciliation inside tools companies already use, including Xero, QuickBooks and Excel, so they do not need costly enterprise software. According to Forbes, Kidwai started the company after observing that finance teams in many emerging markets still depend on spreadsheets and email.
Both founders graduated from Habib University in Karachi in 2020 and previously cofounded YPay Financial Services, a digital mutual fund investing app that went through the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan's first regulatory sandbox. Plouton AI launched on Product Hunt on 11 May 2026, less than three weeks before the list was published. Kidwai told Habib University in June that around 4,000 nominations were evaluated for 300 places across the region.
