Mercedes Benz USA approves NetSol's Transcend Retail for its US dealers
NetSol Technologies can now sell its digital car buying platform across the manufacturer's American dealer network.

Mercedes Benz USA has approved NetSol Technologies as a digital retail provider for its dealerships, the company announced on 20 October. The approval lets Mercedes Benz dealers across the United States license NetSol's Transcend Retail platform, putting the Nasdaq listed software company on the approved vendor list of one of the country's best known luxury car brands.
Transcend Retail takes a buyer through the whole purchase on one screen. The customer configures a vehicle, gets a value for a trade in, compares payment and finance options, and completes the sale online, in the showroom or a mix of both. The buyer and the dealership staff work on the same deal at the same time, so a purchase started on a phone can be finished at the desk without starting over.
Faraaz Ghauri, NetSol's vice president of digital retail, said the approval gives dealers a platform that "keeps every deal moving in one place". He added that "luxury buyers expect the same level of care online as they receive in the showroom".
What the approval means
An approval from the manufacturer opens the door rather than closing a sale. NetSol did not say how many dealers it expects to sign or when.
NetSol has been building a customer list in American dealerships through the year. On 16 July it announced that Transcend Retail had gone live at three new US dealer partners: Steve Hahn Auto Group in Yakima, Washington, which includes Mercedes Benz stores, Atlanta Autos in Georgia, and Royal Coach RV in Bakersfield, California. In November 2025 it had announced two dealer groups, Indigo Auto Group through its Porsche North Houston dealership and Jim Shorkey Auto Group through its Jim Shorkey Nissan dealership.
